REGISTRATION POLICIES

Please make note of our registration policies, by registering for the Mammoth Gran Fondo or the California Pass Challenge you have agreed to these policies.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS + DEFERMENTS

The Mammoth Gran Fondo does not permit refunds or deferments - this also includes the California Pass Challenge.

Haku does offer a “Registration Protection Plan” that can be purchased at the time of registration that offers coverage for a number of circumstances that could arise that might prevent you from participating. That policy is offered by Haku and any questions regarding it should be directed to their staff.

TRANSFERS

Transfers can be managed within your Haku registration account

Transfers must be completed before online registration closes.

Transfers after online registration closes will need to be arranged in-person at packet pick-up.

California Pass Challenge - the transfer must be requested before the Tour de Big Bear and your transfer to another rider would be for the registration at both events - you cannot split up the events from the California Pass Challenge package.

Transfers = $20 per rider
